30daysofempire: At this point I have taken more notes on Empire than any undergrad course in college. I don’t know which to feel worse about: that I took too few notes during college or that I care so much about a movie to write on and on about it.

When Yoda is debating Obi-Won about training Luke Yoda says “he is reckless”. Obi-won replies “so was I”. I really wish Yoda would counter “and look who is a ghost now” or “and now, home I have in a god forsaken swamp because reckless you were”

Is C3PO’s hip piece made of a rubber material? It bends unlike the rest of the golden pieces of the suit. I spent way too much time tonight checking out C3PO’s ass and crotch to decide this last night.

I have tried to find a part in Hoth where Leia/Carrie looks like she’s coked up but I don’t see any. Though when they are first chased into the asteroid field I would buy that she’s been hitting the nose candy. If her eyes were open any more her eye lashes would get stuck behind her eyeballs.

I noticed two things last night. When they cut to the rebel in trenches right before they spot the AT-ATs in the background there is a destroyed turret and burning debris. I think was battle footage that they moved up and cut to use as good B-roll.

The second is after Luke falls to the ground after sabotaging the AT-AT the film frame is flipped. Look at the yellow and black stripes on the front of the helmet they go \

However, the rest of the film they stripes are oriented //// Not a big deal just something I noticed.
